If you participate in 1 live call (that means: you attend the live class and are present in the Zoom Room) and you are not completely satisfied with this offering, you can send me an email at drawingwithin@gmail.com by February 13th, 2019 to receive a refund.
This refund will be minus a 10% fee of the full purchase price.
IN ORDER TO QUALIFY FOR A REFUND, YOU MUST DEMONSTRATE THAT YOU HAVE PARTICIPATED IN THE COURSE:
+ joining the Facebook Group for the course
AND
+ attending 1 LIVE class
AND
+ attempted to ask for support in the area that you feel is the cause of your desire to leave the course
before requesting a cancellation of your course access and refund.
Your cancellation and refund request must be sent via email at drawingwithin@gmail.com by February 13, 2019.
Refund requests and payment plan cancellations sent after this date will not be approved in any circumstance. Refund requests made that do not meet the above conditions (Facebook group, request for support and attendance of 1 live class) will not be approved.

All who opt for the payment plan option are making an agreement to complete all payments as scheduled.
You agree to pay the full price of the course by paying for all payments, depending on your original agreement at check out.
Payment plans can only be canceled before the February 13th, 2019 date and requests must meet the above requirements for approval.
